Zero Voltage
Switching ZVS" Technology
The ZVS" technology incorporated by the
VVS Voltage sends the completion to the prehistoric
times. The Microprocessor of the VVS switches
the relays at the zero point of voltage and
current in the AC cycle with precision which
does not harm the equipment unlike conventional
stabilizers and also reduces the wear and tear
of the relays increasing the life of stabilizer
manifolds.
The VVS range of Voltage Stabilizers use an
auto transformer with tap changing to regulate
the supply. The taps are selected using relays
which are controlled by a microprocessor. The
microprocessor measures the voltage of the mains
wave-form many times every cycle so as to determine
the voltage and decide which tap to select.
The microprocessor also uses these measurements
to synchronize the running of its software program
to the mains wave-form.
When a top change is necessary the microprocessor
watches for the mains voltage to reach zero
volts and then it turns off the preset relay.
Feedback System
for Voltage Correction
The VVS Voltage stabilizer operates
on a closed loop feedback system with output
voltage as a reference for voltage correction
and cut-off. This features ensures that the
output voltage is independent of the load on
the stabilizer and that it always stays with
the specified range.
Intelligent Time Delay System ITDS"
A wait period of 3 min is provided with this
feature between each main failure and the restart
of the stabilizer whereby the safety of your
connected equipment is totally ensured. What
ITDSTM does is that when the voltage input goes
beyond the limit of the stabilizer, it automatically
disconnects the load and protects the equipment
from getting damaged. During this Off period,
the microprocessor of the VVS analyzes the output
voltage and reconnect the load the load after
3 min to allow the compressor gases to neutralize.
But the intelligent microprocessor of the VVS
reconnects the equipment within 3 sec when the
cut off is for more than 3 min.
Overload Protection
The VVS also incorporates Overload Protection
since overloading has the potential to damage
the transformer and the circuit of the stabilizer.
The VVS uses of fuse or MCB to do this job and
extends further protection to your equipment.
Fast Response
Lighting fast response of 750 Volts / sec to
voltage variations safeguards expensive equipment
from damage, instantaneously.
Spike & Surge Suppression
In keeping with its commitment to protect your
equipment, the VVS suppresses spikes and surges
in the input and offers complete protection
to the connected equipment as well as the stabilizer.
Fire Resistant ABS Plastic
Casing & Powder Coated Chassis
The VVS Voltage Stabilizer comes in a robust
fire resistant ABS plastic casing and powder
coated steel chassis for enhanced safety and
looks.

Extended
Range (ER) Option
VVS range of Voltage Stabilizer is also available
with the Extended Range (ER) option.
In areas where the variation
in the input voltage is way beyond the acceptable
limits the VVS Extended Range (ER) Option comes
handy.
With an input voltage range of
140V-275V and output accuracy of 220V+9% the VVS
Extended Range (ER) Option extends unsurpassed
protection to your equipment even in extreme voltage
conditions.
In addition to its myriad features
the VVS also cuts off the supply in case the output
voltage goes beyond the range. |
